Good questions

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope. Many clients leave a key or door code. Just let us know how to get in on your quote request.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. We bring everything, including pet- and kid-safe products. If you prefer a specific product, we're happy to use yours.

How is the price worked out?

Your quote is based on your home's size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of clean, and any add-ons. Recurring visits cost less than one-time cleans.

What if I'm not happy with something?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean that area at no charge.

Can I reschedule or skip a visit?

Of course. Just give us 48 hours' notice by text or email.
